The available evidence shows that arthroscopic repair using either the transtendon in situ technique or tear completion and subsequent are associated with favorable results short term. Likewise, location of lesions (articular bursal) does not seem to significantly influence clinical results, regardless used. Specifically regard surgical choice case deciding complete then it, it remains be defined more clearly future investigations whether is better a single- double-row technique, subacromial decompression has any advantage what this subgroup athletes, especially competitive overhead athletes whom rotator cuff tears shown unfavorable outcomes mainly at expense low return same level sport.
